Refund Policy

14-day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — provided you have not substantially used the unlocked features (for example, generated and sent chaser emails or Ombudsman letters from your case).

Discretionary refunds

If something has gone wrong (duplicate charge, technical fault preventing you from accessing the tools, etc.) we will refund you in full, even outside the 14-day window.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after you have used the chase or complaint tools.
  • Outcomes of your legal case — CaseChaser is an organisational tool, not a legal service.

How to request a refund

Email hello@casechaser.app from the address on your account with a short note about why. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 working days.
